那妥在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的临床应用

目的:评估那妥(萘哌地尔片,α1A、1D-肾上腺素能受体双重阻滞剂)治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:60例慢性前列腺炎患者被随机分为2组,治疗组口服那妥及乳酸左氧氟沙星胶囊,对照组口服乳酸左氧氟沙星胶囊,治疗6周,并用前列腺炎症状评分、尿动力学检查等方法评价其疗效。结果:那妥治疗组较对照组在前列腺炎症状评分及尿动力学参数方面均有明显改善(P<0.05与P<0.01)。前列腺液中WBC下降率无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:那妥能松弛前列腺平滑肌的α1A受体,从而改善后尿道高压及其尿液前列腺内返流,缓解梗阻性症状;同时阻断储尿期膀胱逼尿肌α10受体,使其舒张缓解刺激性症状,有助于慢性前列腺炎的治疗。

Cliniacl application of Naftopidil in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

Objective To assess the efficacy of Naftopidil in the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP). Method 60 patients with CP were divided into two groups, and the treated group was given orally Naftopidil plus Levofloxacin Lactate tablet, while the control group was given orally Levofloxacin Lactate tablet alone. Symptom score index and urodynamic index of prostate were used to evaluate the efficacy after 6 weeks' treatment. Results Symptom score index and urodynamic index in the treated group were decreased more obviously than that of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Naftopidil can lower the high pressure of posterior urethra and lighten the introprostatic urinary reflux. It is suggested that Naftopidil is appropriate in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
