六味五灵片抗肝纤维化临床疗效观察

目的观察六味五灵片治疗慢性肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者128例,随机分为六味五灵片治疗组76例和对照组52例,两组均根据病情常规应用抗病毒药物,治疗组在服用抗病毒药物的基础上,口服六味五灵片每次1.5g,每日3次。两组疗程均为24周。观察治疗前后患者临床症状、肝功能、肝纤维化指标的变化。结果治疗后两组患者的临床症状、肝功能及肝纤维化4项指标均有明显改善,但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论六味五灵片能降低多种毒性物质对肝细胞的损害,保护肝细胞正常结构和功能,抑制炎性介质的形成,减轻肝细胞间质的炎性反应,有良好的抗肝纤维化作用。

Therapeutic effect of Liuweiwuling tablets on hepatic fi brosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liuweiwuling tablets on chronic hepatic fibrosis.Methods Total of 128 cases with CHB were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated on the basis of antiviral drugs.The treatment group(76 cases) were treated with Liuweiwuling tablets(1.5 g three times a day) besides the antiviral drugs.The course of the treatment was 24 weeks.The clinical symptoms,liver function and liver fibrosis indexes were observed.Results The clinical symptoms,liver function and liver fibrosis indexes of both groups were improved which were improved better in the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions Liuweiwuling tablets can protect hepatic cell,inhibit formation of inflammatory mediator as well as prevent and treat hepatic fibrosis.
