紫外分光光度法测定止血敷料中肾上腺色腙的含量

摘    要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定止血敷料中肾上腺色腙的含量.方法:利用肾上腺色腙在354 nm处有最大吸收峰,测定止血敷料中的肾上腺色腙的含量.结果:在2~7μg·ml-1的范围内,肾上腺色腙的吸光度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(r =0.999 9);平均回收率为101.02%,RSD为1.96%.结论:本法操作简单,快速,可以作为止血敷料中肾上腺色腙含量测定方法.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of adrenobazone in hemostasis dressings by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Method:Adrenobazone was determined at its maximum absorbance wavelength of 354 nm.Result:The linear range of adrenobazone was 2 ~ 7μg·ml~(-1)(r =0.999 9),and the recovery was 101.02%with RSD of 1.96%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,stable and simple,and can be used in the determination of adrenobazone.
