| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨石菖蒲配伍冰片对高脂血症大鼠内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽Y的影响。方法：大鼠高脂饲料喂养17d，造成高脂血症模型，灌胃给药7d，采用放射免疫法测定脑组织内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽Y含量。结果：石菖蒲配伍冰片组脑组织内皮素含量明显下降，降钙素基因相关肽含量明显升高。结论：石菖蒲配伍冰片能降低高脂血症大鼠脑组织中内皮素含量，并升高降钙素基因相关肽含量，有舒张脑血管、改善脑供血的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the influence on peptide connected with gene of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin in hypetlipoproteinemia mice.Methods:Mice had been made to be the models of hypetlipoproteinemia after being feeded by high fat die for 17 days.radioimmunoassay,RIA had been used to determined the endothelin(ET),calcitonin connected with gene peptide and the nervous peptide y in the brain.Results:In the test group,the content of endothelin(ET) had been reduced and that of calcitonin connected with gene peptide,increased.Conclusion:The Chinese drug,Grassleaved Sweetflag Rhizome Compounede with Borneol,can be applied to reduce the content of endothelin(ET),increase that of calcitonin connected with gene peptide,make the blood vein distendion and improve the blood sustentation.
