| 摘 要： | 为探讨雪山愈脉汤治疗高原脑梗死的临床疗效及其作用机制。将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用西药对症处理,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用雪山愈脉汤。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％,对照组总有效率80．0％。提示中西医治疗高原脑梗死是较有效的办法。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Xueshan Yumai Decoction" in the treatment of cerebral infarction, 60 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were treated symptomatically and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Xueshan Yumai Decoction" besides symptomatic management. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group, P<0.05. |
