血清IL-6、IL-8活性与新生儿重症感染关系的探讨

目的：探讨血清IL－6、IL－8水平与新生儿重症感染之间的关系。方法：采用化学发光酶免疫分析法检测50例重症感染新生儿及40例正常健康儿童血清IL－6、IL－8水平。结果：50例重症感染新生儿发烧时采血，血培养、IL－6、IL－8检测的阳性率分别为44％、76％、72％。存活组血清IL－6、IL－8水平在发烧时最高，死亡组在死亡前（即发烧后72h）达高峰，均明显高于正常健康儿童（P＜0.01）。结论：同时检测血清IL－6、IL－8水平可以提高重症感染诊断的阳性率，连续监测二者的水平对新生儿重症感染病情的变化及预后估计具有重要的参考价值。

The Relationship Between Serum IL-6, IL-8 Activity and the Newborn Severe Infection

Objective: To investigate the relationship between cytoleukin activity such as IL 6 and IL 8 and the newborn severe infection.Methods: Serum IL 6 and IL 8 were measured with chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay in 50 newborns with severe infection and in 40 healthy infants.Results: The positive ratioes of serum IL 6?IL 8 and blood culture were 76%?72% and 44% respectively, when the bloods were sampled from 50 severe infectious newborns with fever. In the surviral group, the levels of serum IL 6 and IL 8 were highest during fever; but in dead group, they were highest before dead. Both of them were higher than those in normal control.Conclusion: If serum IL 6 and IL 8 were measured at the same time, the positive ratio of severe infection would be elevated. It suggests that the variations of serum IL 6 and IL 8 are worthy of the state of illness and evaluating tendancy of the severe infectious newborns.
