| 摘 要： | 目的：分析食管裂孔疝的X线表现，加深对食管裂孔疝诊断的理解。方法：36例均经钡餐检查．其中16例于钡餐前摄有胸部正、侧位片。结果：可复性食管裂孔疝20例，不可复性食管裂孔疝16例。结论：钡餐是诊断食管裂孔疝的首选方法。
