60例结肠癌致肠梗阻的手术治疗体会

目的：探讨结肠癌致肠梗阻的手术治疗效果和经验。方法：对2007年1月至2010年1月间在我院接受手术治疗的60例结肠癌致肠梗阻患者进行追踪随访,评估临床治疗效果,总结手术治疗体会。结果：本组60例患者均顺利完成手术,无手术死亡。术后并发症12例,其中切口感染6例、肺部感染3例、吻合口瘘1例、腹腔感染1例。围手术期死亡2例,1例因出现切口感染、肺部感染伴多器官功能衰竭而死亡,1例因术后出现腹腔感染合并感染性休克而死亡。结论：结肠癌致肠梗阻病情危重,临床医师应合理选择手术方式,尽早治疗。

Treatment of Surgery about Intestinal Obstruction Causing by Colon Cancer in 60 Cases

Objective： To investigate the effect and experience of surgery treatment about intestinal obstruction causing by colon cancer in 60 cases.Method： The 60 cases with intestinal obstruction received the surgery treatment in our hospital from January in 2005 to January in 2007 were followed-up,and the clinical effect and experience were evaluated.Result： The 60 cases received the operation successfully and there were no dead cases causing by operation.There were 21 cases with postoperative complications,and there were 6 cases with postoperative infection,3 cases with pulmonary infection,1 case with anastomotic stoma fistula and 1 case with peritoneal cavity infection.The 2 cases were dead in peroperative period,one case died of postoperative infection,pulmonary infection and multiple organ failure,another died of peritoneal cavity infection and infectious shock.Conclusion： The pathogenetic condition of intestinal obstruction causing by colon cancer is danger and severe,so the reasonable modus operandi should be choosen to treat them early.
