| 摘 要： | 目的分析E2F-1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法利用免疫组化ABC法检测E2F-1在20例颌骨软骨肉瘤和8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果软骨肉瘤中E2F-1的阳性表达率为65％(13/20)，病理学分级间阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05)，原发与复发病例的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05)；在骨软骨瘤中的阳性率为12.5％(1/8)，与软骨肉瘤相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论E2R1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中过表达并可作为癌基因标志之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the expression and significance of E2F-1 in chondrosarcoma of the jaws. Method E2F- 1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of the jaws. Results The results showed that the positive rate of E2F-1 in chondrosarcoma was 65 % (13/20), and there was no distinct difference among the pathological grades (P＞0.05). Recurrent and primary chondrosarcoma showed no difference in E2F-1 positive rate (P＞0.05). E2F-1 was present in 1/8 (12.5%) osteochondroma. The positive rate was remarkably significant between chondrosarcoma and osteochondroma ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The results indicate that E2F-1 is over expressed in chondrosarcoma of the jaws and may act as one of the oncogene markers. (Shanghai Med J, 2001,24:173) |
