| Abstract: | Dynamic credit management of the suppliers is performed based on the experience of bidding procurement online of military medical equipment to encourage the corporations manage honestly and law-abidingly and maintain the seriousness of the military procurement system. And that makes sure that the emergency and daily equipment procurement is completed efficiently, and promotes the healthy development of military medical equipment on-line bidding. |
