摘    要:目的:通过对3台血细胞分析仪Sysmex XT-2000i、ABX MICROS CRP、ABX MICROS 60测定结果的比对和偏差分析,保证检测结果的一致性。方法:按照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCLIS)EP9-A的要求,每天随机选取高、中、低值临床标本8份,分别用以上3台血细胞分析仪测定WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、PLT,共测5 d,记录结果,建立回归方程和计算相关系数(r),并对其进行偏差评估。结果:Sysmex XT-2000i、ABX MICROS CRP、ABXMICROS 60测定结果相关性好(r>0.975),偏差均在可接受范围内。结论:3台血细胞分析仪对WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、PLT的分析结果基本一致,在临床中可以任意选用。

Abstract:Objective To ensure the consistency of test results by comparing the" results on the determination and deviation analysis obtained from Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60 hematocyte analyzers. Mothods According to NCCLS (national committee for clinical laboratory standards) EP9-A, eight species with high, medium and low value were selected daily at random, using the three hematocyte analyzers to measure the white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), platelet (PLT), totally measure for five days.The results were recorded, regression equations were created, the correlation coefficient (r) was calculated, and its bias was assessed. Results The results obtained from the three hematocyte analyzers(Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60) were closely correlated (r〉0.975), and result bias was within the acceptable range. Conclusion There is fundamental reconciliation in the WBC, RBC, Hb, HCT, MCV and PLT results analyzed by the three hematocyte analyzers,
