消毒供应中心对手术室器械实施集中管理的体会

目的 探讨手术室器械集中在消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)集中管理的运作和意义.方法 建立手术室术后器械送消毒供应中心进行集中处理的工作程序和质量标准,规范消毒供应中心工作流程,对工作人员进行专业化培训.结果 手术器械集中送消毒供应中心进行处理,保障了清洗、包装及灭菌质量,提高了消毒供应人员的专业水平及工作效率,有效预防了由器械不洁造成医院感染的发生.结论 消毒供应中心的专业管理促进了手术器械清洗、包装灭菌的标准化、规范化和科学化.

Experience of Surgical Instrument's Centralized Management in Central Sterile Supply Department

Objective To explore the operation and significance of centralized management of surgical instruments in central sterile supply department （CSSD）. Methods Work procedures and quality standards of surgical instrument centralized treatment after operation in CSSD were established, to regulate the work process in CSSD, and train the working personnel. Results Centralized management of surgical instruments ensured the quality of clean, package and sterilization, which improved the workers＇ professional attitude and work efficiency in CSSD, and also effectively prevented the occurrence ofnosocomial infection due to uncleare surgical instruments. Conclusion Professional management in CSSD can promote standardization, normalization and sciantificalization of cleanness, package and sterilization for surgical instruments.
