| 摘 要： | 医师执业受着多种因素影响,从医学社会学的角度分析,这些影响因素主要包括医师的职业环境因素、职业压力因素、职业安全因素以及职业责任因素等。应该从制度设计上为医师提供良好的执业环境,营造全社会尊重医师的氛围,加强对医师的人文教育,提高医师的人文修养水平。

| Abstract: | The physician’ practice is affected by a lot of factors,including individual,patients,their families,society and so on.From a medical sociological perspective,these factors mainly can be the physician’ occupational environmental factors,vocational stress factors,occupational safety factors,professional liability factors and so on.Therefore,providing a good occupational environment for the doctor,establishing a nice atmosphere for respect in the whole society,strengthening the education of humanity,and improving the level of humanity accomplishment is very essential. |
