摘    要:目的:探索基于信息系统的医院人力资源管理新模式。方法:根据医院人力资源管理四统五全的设计理念,研制一套医院人力资源管理信息系统,实现了选才、育才、用才、留才的人力资源的全过程多部门协同管理。结果:在新管理模式下,医院人力资源管理做到了人员底数明、人员状态明、绩效贡献明、职权职责明。结论:通过信息系统的建设和运用,可以实现医院人力资源从传统的事务性管理向人力资源规划调度的根本性转变,提高了医院科学决策水平。

Abstract:Objective To search for new mode of hospital human resource management based on information system. Mothods According to the "unity and comprehensiveness" criterion for hospital human resource management, a hospital human resource information management system was developed, which provides us a multi-department management framework on staff recruitment, training, arrangements and treatment, Results The management system was capable of providing details on staff number, status, performance and responsibilities. Conclusion Instead of the conventional affair based mode, the human resource management is now changing into unified planning and scheduling mode.The efficiency of hospital human resource management is largely improved with the help of the new management mode.
