摘    要:目的:观察左室型单心室径向运动情况,评价速度向量成像技术(velocity vector imaging,VVI)估测左室型单心室患儿心室径向收缩功能的价值.方法:左室型单心室患儿21例(单心室组)及正常儿童21例(对照组)为研究对象,应用VVI技术对主心腔短轴乳头肌水平室壁径向应变及应变率进行分析.结果:单心室组各节段的径向应变及应变率较对照组相应节段明显减低,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组乳头肌水平径向收缩.期峰值应变及应变率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:左室型单心室患儿存在径向收缩功能不全,VVI技术能定量评价左室型单心室节段室壁的径向收缩能力.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the radial systolic function of children with single-left ventricle(LV),and to appraise the clinical value of velocity vector imaging(VVI) on assessing it.Methods:The study group consisted of 21 patients with single-LV.The control group consisited of 21 age-matched normal children.VVI was used to analyse the radial strain and strain rate of regional single-LV at the level of papillary muscle.Results:Single-LV radial strain values were significantly lower in all segments compared with values in control(P0.05).In normal patients,radial strain and strain rate of papillary muscle level showed no significantly difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Radial systolic ventricular function is impaired in children with single-LV.VVI can be used as a quantitative tool in evaluating the radial systolic function of single-LV.
