| 摘 要： | 目的 总结输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的围手术期护理方法与要点.方法 总结以往护理经验制定出围手术期综合护理措施,将实施前后患者情况进行对比,评定护理效果.结果 实施后各项观察项目均明显优于实施前(P＜0.05).结论 围手术期综合护理可为顺利手术提供保障,有效缓解患者心理压力,缩短恢复时间,预防术后并发症的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize perioperative nursing methods and points of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods Summarized previous nursing experience and developed comprehensive perioperative nursing care methods. Patients＇ situation before and after implementation were compared to assess the nursing effect. Results The observations items after implementation were obviously better than those before implementation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can provide protection for the operation, effectively relieve patients＇ psychological pressure, shorten recovery time and prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications. |
