超声引导穿刺活检检测乳腺癌ER、PR和CerbB-2表达的临床意义

目的:评价超声引导下穿刺活检检测乳腺癌患者雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、CerbB-2表达的价值.方法:对58例乳腺肿块行超声引导下穿刺活检,病理诊断为乳腺癌同时检测ER、PR、CerbB-2的表达,并与手术切除标本检测结果相对照.结果:58例患者中,穿刺活检检测ER、PR、CerbB-2的阳性率分别为55.17％(32/58)、43.10％(25/58)、46.55％(27/58).术后标本ER、PR、CerbB-2的阳性率分别为56.90％ (33/58)、44.82％ (26/58)、48.27％ (28/58).二者间无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:超声引导穿刺活检可准确检测乳腺癌ER、PR、CerbB-2的表达,为临床治疗方案的制定提供了可靠的依据.

Clinical significance of ultrasound-guided biopsy in detecting the cxpressions of ER, PR and CerbB-2 in brest corcinoma

Objective：To study the expressions of estrogen receptor（ER）,progesterone receptor（PR）,cerbB-2 detected by ultrasound-guided biopsy in breast carcinoma patients.Methods：The pathalogical diagnosis in 58 cases with breast carcinoma were made by ultrasound-guided biopsy.Meanwhile,the expressions of ER,PR and CerbB-2 in tumor tissue were detected by immunohistochimical techique and campared with those of postoperative samples.Results：Of 58 patients,the pre-operative ER,PR and CerbB-2 positive expression rates were 55.17%（32/58）,43.10%（25/58） and 46.55%（27/58）,respectively,while,the positive expression rates of the corresponding postoperative samples were 56.90%（33/58）,44.82%（26/58）and 48.27%（28/58）,P0.05.Conclusion：The expressions of ER,PR and CerbB-2 can be examined accurately by ultrasound-guided biopsy in breast carcinoma,and can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment programmes.
