| 摘 要： | 目的:了解村民对基层医疗机构的利用状况、对当前农村卫生服务现状的评价,从村民的视角分析农村卫生服务中存在的问题及对策。方法:对北京市某区县30个村落中的314位村民进行问卷调查及对7名村民进行个人深入访谈。结果:对于两级医疗机构而言,村民更青睐于村卫生室,多数村民对其服务态度、服务价格、服务质量表示认可,因此将其作为患病时的首选机构。但村民对村卫生室的服务现状仍存在不满意之处,尤其是村卫生室的设施设备欠缺,村医的诊疗技术水平不高等。结论:改善村卫生室的医疗设备,提高村医的技术水平已成当务之急。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the current status of the utilization of rural health services by villagers.Method: 314 villagers were investigated and 7 villagers were in-depteh interview.From the perspective of the villagers,the problems and development strategies of the health service system were analyzed.Result: For the two health care institutions,most of villagers prefer to village health for the better service attitude,price and quality.But they were still dissatisfied with the medical equipment and technique.Conclusion: This study shows that improving the equipment and the technological level of the village doctors has become a priority. |
