摘 要: | 目的:分析深圳市推行医师多点执业政策的制约因素。方法:采取随机抽样的方法对深圳市3家医院的部分临床医生进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:多数临床医生对多点执业政策持支持态度;临床医生对多点执业的相关政策知晓程度不高;临床医生不注册多点执业的原因是多方面的,其主要来自于政府、公立医院和医生本身。结论:深圳市推行医师多点执业政策的制约因素主要在3个方面,即现行单位卫生人事管理制度,欠发达的初级卫生服务网络,配套措施的缺乏。

Abstract: | Objective: To analyze restriction factors of the implementation of Shenzhen doctor multi-sited licensed policy.Methods: By the random sampling method,questionnaire and interview were conducted among the workers in three hospitals.Results: Most clinicians support the doctor multi-sited licensed.Aware of the relevant doctor multi-sited licensed policies is not high.More clinicians are not registered to doctor multi-sited licensed for many reason.Resistance mainly comes from the government,public Hospitals and doctors themselves.Conclusion: There are three restrictive factors of doctor multi-sited licensed policy of Shenzhen,namely,the current unit of health personnel management system,underdeveloped primary health service network,the lack of supporting measures. |
