| 摘 要： | 三阴性乳腺癌(triple-receptor negative breast cancer,TNBC)是指雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体( progesterone receptor,PR)及人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER2)均表达缺失的乳腺癌,具有特殊的生物学和临床痫理学特性,预后差.本文主要对三阴性乳腺癌的影像诊断进展(包括乳腺X线摄影、超声及磁共振影像)进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Triple-receptor negative breast cancer,which means a kind of brest cancer that the expressions of estrogen receptor（ER）,progesterone receptor（PR）,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2（HER2） werer all necfive,has special biology and pathology characteristics and poor prognosis.The imaging diagnosis of triple-receptor negative breast cancer,including mammography,ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging,were reviewed in this paper. |
