| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大环内酯类药在武汉地区的应用情况和发展趋势。方法：采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标,对武汉地区2008～2010年大环内酯类药用药数据进行统计分析。结果：2008～2010年大环内酯类药销售金额呈现一定程度的增长,阿奇霉素和克拉霉素等第二代大环内酯类抗菌药应用最为广泛。除克拉霉素外,其他药物近3年来在武汉地区的应用情况波动较小。结论：大环内酯类抗菌药物近3年来武汉市场相对稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the status of the consumption and the developmental tendency of macrolides in Wuhan area.Methods:The relative data of macrolides used in 33 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2008- 2010 were statistically analyzed with the analytical method of the Defined Daily Dose(DDD) recommended by WHO.Results: The consumption sum of macrolides increased slowly.Azithromycin and clarithromycin were most widely used during the three years.The application trend of the macrolide antibiotics was stable except clarithromycin.Conclusion:The market of macrolide antibiaotics was stabilized. |
