定喘汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床对照研究

摘    要:目的:探讨定喘汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及意义。方法:将84例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予自制定喘汤治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.85%(39/42),明显高于对照组的76.19%(32/42),组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状消失时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应情况。结论:定喘汤联合西药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有疗效好、毒副作用少等优点,是目前临床治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的一种较佳治疗方案。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and significance of Dingchuantang to children with capillary bronchitis.Methods:84 cases with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 42 cases in each group,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group were given both the basic treatment and the self-made Dingchuantang treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85%(39/42),significantly higher than that of the control group 76.19%(32/42),which had significant difference(P>0.05);The clinical symptoms disappeared and the average hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,which were significantly different(P<0.05),significant adverse reactions were not found in both of the two groups.Conclusion:For children with bronchiolitis,Dingchuantang combined with Western medicine has good efficacy and fewer side effects,which is currently a better clinical treatment to children with bronchiolitis.
