尿路结石患者掌握饮食预防知识的调查分析

目的 了解尿路结石患饮食预防知识的掌握情况。方法 对200例尿石症患进行饮食与尿石症关系认知情况、饮食习惯调查。结果 收回有效问卷180分。患对饮食与尿石症形成与复发的关系有初步的认识；患对饮食中各种具体成分对尿石症形成与复发的关系知识缺乏。结论 强调饮食预防的重要性，消除患不良的饮食习惯；饮食教育应具有针对性及长期性，才能促进尿路结石患掌握饮食预防知识。

Investigation of diet prevention knowledge in patients with urolithiasis

Objective To understand diet prevention in patients with urolithiasis. Methods 200 urolithiasis patients were investigated as regards their recognition of the relation between diet and urolithiasis and diet habits. Results The patients preliminarily recognized the relation between diet habits and the formation and recurrence of urolithiasis but lacked of the recognition of knowledge about the relation between the specific ingredients in diet and the formation and recurrence of urolithiasis. Conclusion Such measures as strengthening the importance of diet prevention, eliminating precluding the bad diet habit and keeping diet education aiming at diet education in the long run are key in promoting urolithiasis patients to master diet prevention knowledge.
