| 摘 要： | 用葡萄糖氧化酶法观察了口服烟酸铬 Cr3 + 2 5 0μg/kg· d及 Cr3 + 1 2 5μg/kg· d连续 2 8d的四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠血糖水平。结果 :每日 2 5 0 μg/kg体重组血糖与实验前及糖尿病对照组比较均有明显下降 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;每日 1 2 5 μg/kg体重组血糖比实验前有所下降 ,但与糖尿病对照组比较无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。

| Abstract: | By the method of GOD-PAP,it was observed the effect of Chromium Nicotinate(Po.Cr 3+ 250 μg/kg·d)/(Po.Cr 3+ 125 μg/kg·d)for 28 days on the level of blood sugar of diabetic mice induced by alloxan.RESULTS compared with proexperiment and diabetic control group,blood sugar of Chromium Nicotinate (Po.Cr 3+ 250 μg/kg·d)group was obviously decreased (P<0 01);compared with pro-experiment,blood sugar of Chromium Nicotinate(Po.Cr 3+ 125 μg/kg·d)group was decreased,but with diabetic control group (P>0 05). |
