颈内动脉注入丹参注射液对去缓冲神经大鼠血压、心率和肾交感神经传出冲动的影响

摘    要:目的:揭示丹参注射液对心血管中枢的直接作用,明确其调节血压的作用机制,为临床辨证施治、合理使用该药提供理论依据.方法:在16只去缓冲神经的麻醉大鼠,通过颈内动脉注入丹参注射液,观察所诱发的平均动脉压(MAP)、脉压(PP)、心率(HR)和肾神经传出放电(RSNA)活动的变化.结果:颈内动脉注入丹参注射液后,MAP显著升高、PP增大;HR短暂性减慢;RSNA活动增加.结论:丹参注射液对心血管交感中枢有直接兴奋作用,引起交感神经传出放电增加,并因此导致强心、缩血管效应而引起血压升高、脉压增大;但丹参注射液还能够在显著增加脉压的同时减慢心率.

Abstract:Objective:to reveal thedirect effect of Danshen Injection on cardiovascular center, to affirm the active mechanismof regulating pressure, so to provide theoretical reference for determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signsand applyingit properly. Methods: 16 narcotizedrats of de-buffer nerves were injected with Danshen into CICA to observe MAP, PP, HR and RSNA changes. Results: Danshen injected into CICA, MAP heightened significantly, PP increased; HR slowed down momently; RSNA activities increased. Conclusion: Danshen Injection has the direct excitatoryeffect on cardiovascular center, increases the RSNA, and therefore results in heart stimulationand vasoconstriction which lead to BP heightening, PP increasing, but Danshen Injection can slow down HR with increasing PP.
