| 摘 要： | 目的 为了控制咽喉爽口服液质量 ,建立样品绿原酸含量测定方法。方法 HPL C法测定样品绿原酸含量 :用 Waters ODS- 2柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .0 1mol· L- 1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (冰醋酸调 p H值为 3.0 ) (6∶ 94 )紫外检测器 ,检测波长 32 6 nm。结果 该方法绿原酸在 0 .2 0 6 8～ 2 .0 6 8μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .99999) ,平均回收率达 10 1.7% ,RSD为 1.0 4 % (n=6 )。结论 建立的方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于咽喉爽口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To control the quality of Yanhoushuang Oral Liquid and establish the determination of chlorogenic acid in the liquid. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid on ODS-2 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(6∶94). pH was adjusted to 3.0 by acetic acid.UV detection wavelength was set at 326 nm.Results chlorogenic acid standard showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.206 8～2.068 μg, r= 0.999 99 ;The average recovery was 101.7% (RSD=1.04%,n=6). Conclusion This method is convenient,quick,accurate and available for the quality control of Yanhoushuang Oral Liquid. |
