利培酮、阿立哌唑及氯氮平对心电图的影响

目的：探讨临床常用而化学结构不同的抗精神科药物对心电图的影响。方法：将210例首发精神分裂症患者随机分成三组，每组70例，分别给予利培酮、阿立哌唑、氯氮平治疗，在口服药物前及服药后第2、4、8周末定期检查心电网，并予以分析。结果：服药2周后，精神科药物对患者的心电网均有一定影响，利培酮、阿立哌唑、氯氮平组的心电网异常发生率分别为21％、20％、68％。结论：利培酮、阿立哌唑、氯氮平对心电图均有一定的影响，以氯氮平引起的心电图异常率最高，应用利培酮、阿立哌唑相对比较安全，但均应定期复查心电网。

The effect of Risperidone, Aripiprazole and Clozapine on electrocardiogram

Objective ：To investigate the effect of different chemical structures psychiatric drugs commonly used in chnical chemistry on electrocardiogram （ECG）. Methods ：210 patients with first - episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into three groups （70 cases in one group）, were given Risperidone, Aripiprazole and Clozapine respectively. Regularly checked the ecg beforer treatment and in the 2d ,4th ,8th weekend of treatment. Results： After 2 weeks of medication, psychiatric drugs had a certain impact on patient＇s ECG, the incidence of ECG abnormalities in Risperidone group, Arlpi prazole group and Clozapine group were 21% ,20% and 68% respectively. Conclusion：Though the three drugs all have effect on ECG, but Clozapine is more common than others, the other two are safe relatively. All should to regular reexamination so as to treat timely.
