对高风险重性精神疾病患者225例进行随访技术指导的效果评估

目的：评估对高风险重性精神疾病患者进行随访技术指导的效果。方法：在随访技术指导前及指导后12个月用阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表（PANSS）、危险性评估量表、自编调查问卷等对225例高风险重性精神疾病患者进行效果评估。结果：经随访技术指导后，PANSS量表总分明显下降，精神症状减轻，指导前后比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；危险性评估从高风险逐渐下降到低风险，从3～5级下降到0～4级，无5级出现，指导前后比较有显善性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：对高风险重性精神疾病患者进行随访技术指导，患者精神症状明显改善，危险行为发生率显著降低，这对减轻家庭负担、提高患者生活质量、维护社区和谐安定具有霞要意义。

Effect evaluation of follow - up technical guidance in 225 cases of high risk patients with severe mental illness

Objective ： To assess the effect of follow - up technical guidance in high risk patients with severe mental illness. Methods ： Before the follow- up technical guidance and 12 months after guidance,225 high risk patients with severe mental illness were evaluate with PANSS,the risk as- sessment scale and the self - designed questionnaire. Results ： After follow - up technical guidance, PANSS scale scores significantly decreased, mental symptoms, compared before and after the guidance have significant differences（ P 〈 0.0 l ） ; Risk assessment from risk gradually decreases to lower risk, graded from grade 3 - 5 drops to 0 - 4, no 5, compared before and after the guidance have significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： For high - risk patients with severe mental illness follow - up technical guidance, in patients with mental symptoms improved obviously, significantly reduce the incidence of dangerous behavior. Family spirit to reduce the economic burden and improve the patieot quality of life, maintaining the harmonious stability is of great significance.
