帕罗西汀联合氨磺必利治疗有精神病症状的抑郁症临床研究

目的：观察氨磺必利联合帕罗西汀治疗伴精神病症状抑郁发作的临床效果。方法：选择2011年8月一2012年12月我院就诊的有精神病症状的抑郁症患者82例，随机分为观察组和对照组各4l例，分别采用帕罗西汀联合氨磺必利及单用帕罗西汀治疗，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）减分率评定治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周、第8周的疗效。用治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：观察组有效率85．4％，对照组有效率65．9％，观察组有效率高于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组治疗前HAMD评分差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），表明伴精神病症状的抑郁发作采用两种方法治疗均有良好疗效，两组之间除第一周无显著差异外（P〉0．05），其余第2剧、第4周、第8周比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：帕罗西汀联合氨磺必利治疗伴精神病症状的抑郁发作是一种更安全、有效的治疗方法，值得I临床推广。

Clinical research of Paroxetine combined with Amisulpride in the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Amisulpride combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms. Methods：A total of 82 patients identified by CCMD -3 for depression with psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into research group（41 cases） and control group（41 cases） , treated by ＂Amisulpride plus Paroxetine＂ and ＂Paroxetine＂ respectively. Hamilton Scale of depression（HAMD） was used to assess the clinical symptoms before and after the lst ,2nd ,4th ,8th week of treatment; Adverse reaction of patients were evaluated with treatment e- mergence symptoms scale（TESS）. Results：Effective rate of research group and control group was 85.4% and 65＋ 9% respectively,there was significant difference（ P 〈0＋ 01 ）. HAMD scores of two groups had no significant difference in baseline（ P 〉0.05 ） , and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.01 ） after treatment, which showed two therapy methods both can get curative effect;there were significant differences between the two groups in 2nd ,4th and 8th weekend after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The treatment of ＂Amisulpride plus Paroxetine＂ for depression with psychotic symptoms is more safe and effective.
