| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产前彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿右心室双出口的临床价值。方法对2009-01~2011-02的22 069例孕18～38周的胎儿心脏应用彩色超声检查,进行胎儿系统结构筛查的同时进行胎儿心脏四切面联合扫查,观察胎儿心脏大小、形态、房室结构、房室瓣开闭、左右心室流出道。对先天性心脏病胎儿终止妊娠者进行胎儿尸体心脏解剖;继续妊娠者,于婴儿出生后6个月内进行超声心动图随访。结果发现右心室双出口16例,均伴室间隔缺损,伴发其它心内畸形7例,误诊为法乐四联症2例,另伴发其它心外畸形5例。结论产前超声是诊断胎儿先天性右心室双出口的可靠方法及技术,可防止严重先天性心脏畸形—右心室双出口的胎儿出生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in diagnosing fetal double outlet right ventricle(DORV).Methods The 22 069 fetal hearts(18-38 yr.age) were examined by CDFI.The four-chambers were choiced as the basic views,and their size,shape,atrioventricular structure,atrioventricular valve and outflow tracts of the fetal heart were observed with multiplanarmode.Results The 16 cases with DORV were correctly diagnosed by CDFI,all the 16 cases with DORV coexisted with VSD,7 cases with DORV had other complex cardiac diseasescases,2 cases was misdiagnosed as the tetralogy of allot,5 cases with DORV had extracardiac abnormalities.Conclusion Prenatal-ultrasound is of the directand feasible method for the prenatal screening of DORV,which would supply an important way to prevent the fetus birth who has serious congenital abnormity. |
