| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗震救灾应激事件对官兵心身健康水平的影响,为开展有针对性的心理行为干预提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和康奈尔医学指数量表(CMI),对参加抗震救灾的252名官兵(救灾组)进行心身症状测评,对其中60名官兵进行血清皮质醇(COR)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平检测,并与未参加抗震救灾的来自同部队157名官兵(对照组)进行对照比较。结果救灾组SCL-90总分和躯体化、焦虑、恐惧因子分,以及CMI的部分因子分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);救灾组血清COR(176.77±31.53)nmol/L、FT3(161.15±19.03)pmol/L,均显著高于对照组的(162.51±24.79)nmol/L和(150.03±14.59)pmol/L(P<0.01)。结论抗震救灾应激对官兵心理和生理指标影响显著,适时开展有针对性的心理危机干预十分必要。

The effect of military stress on the forces' psychosomatic health in earthquake relief works |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of military stress on the forces' psychosomatic health in earthquake relief works.Methods The 252 soldiers attended earthquake relief works(study group) were assessed with Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) and Cornell Medical Index(CMI) when they worked for 21 to 23 days.At the same time,cortisol(COR),free triiofdothyronine(FT3) and free traiodothyronine(FT4) were measured in the 60 soldiers chosen randomely.The 157 soldiers of the same units garrisoned(control group) were assessed with the same items.Results Compared with the control group,the total score of SCL-90,the score of somatization,anxiety,and phobic anxiety,as well as CMI,were higher in study group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The serum levels of COR and FT3 in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion There is significant adverse effect on the forces' psychosomatic health in earthquake relief work.It is necessary to strengthen psychological protection and crisis intervention. |
