咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效观察

目的观察咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的临床疗效。方法将120例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组与咳喘散穴位敷贴组（简称敷贴组）,每组各60例。对照组患者给予相应的对症支持基础治疗;治疗组患者在给予基础治疗的同时加用咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分变化、肺通气功能用力呼气量占预计值百分比（FVC）、第一秒呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1）、第一秒呼气容积占用力呼气量百分比（FEV1/FVC）]及治疗后1年内的急发次数情况。结果对照组总有效率为53.33%,敷贴组为86.67%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。敷贴组在改善COPD稳定期患者中医证候积分及减少患者1年内急发次数、提高肺功能FVC、FEV1水平方面的疗效皆优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论咳喘散穴位敷贴治疗COPD稳定期临床疗效显著,可明显减轻症状,减少急发次数,改善肺功能,从而减缓疾病进展的目的,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy on Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated with Point Application of Ke Chuan San

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in stable phase treated with point application of Ke Chuan San.Methods 120 cases of COPD in stable phase were divided into two groups randomly,named control group and point application of Ke Chuan San group（point application group）,60 cases in each one.In control group,corresponding symptomatic support basic therapy was applied.In treatment group,point application of Ke Chuan San group was given besides basic therapy as control group.It was to observe integral change of syndromes in Chinese medicine before and after treatment,pulmonary ventilation functionForced vital capacity（FVC）,force expiratory volume in the first second（FEV1）and FEV1/FVC],and frequency of acute attack in 1 year after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 53.33% in control group and was 86.76% in point application group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.It was discovered that the therapy in point application group improved integral efficacy on syndromes in Chinese medicine for the patient of COPD in stable phase,reduced the frequency of acute attack in 1 years and increased FVC and FEV1 levels in pulmonary function,which was superior to those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Point Application of Ke Chuan San has significant clinical efficacy on COPD in stable phase.It alleviates the symptoms apparently,reduces frequency of acute attack and improves pulmonary function so as to slow down the progression of disease.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
