阴道念珠菌病小鼠模型中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的检测阴道念珠菌病小鼠模型中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达,并对其在阴道念珠菌病发病中的作用进行探讨。方法建立阴道念珠菌病小鼠模型,以免疫组化染色SABC法检测小鼠阴道黏膜中MCP-1蛋白的表达,并应用HMIAS-2000型全自动医学彩色图像分析系统对小鼠阴道黏膜MCP-1的表达进行半定量分析。结果与对照组及正常小鼠相比,感染组小鼠阴道黏膜MCP-1表达水平明显升高,且随时间延长逐渐升高,14天达到高峰,第21天略有下降。结论MCP-1可能在局部阴道黏膜内对白念珠菌的感染起一定的防御作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of MCP-1 during a Candida albicans vaginal infection by detecting its expression in mice with experimental vaginal candidiasis. Methods To set up a murine model of vaginal candidiasis,and to detect the expression of MCP-1 in vaginal tissue by immunohistochemistry.Semi-quantitative measurement of MCP-1 expression in vaginal tissue was done with High Multiply Image Analytical System (HMIAS).Results The expression of MCP-1 in vaginal tissue of infected mice was significantly higher than those in controls and normal mice.As time going on,the expression of MCP-1 increased,and reached its climax at day 14,than declined a little on day 21.Conclusion MCP-1 may play a role in the local vaginal mucosal response to C.albicans.
