| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2种保存介质及不同时间保存脱位牙对牙周膜细胞活性的影响。方法采用正畸拔除的第1、2双尖牙共130颗，每组10颗，拔除后立即放入牛奶、生理盐水或对照处理。阳性对照组为牙脱位后立即计数牙周膜细胞；而阴性对照组为脱位牙干燥后计数牙周膜细胞。在不同的时间检测有活力的牙周膜细胞数量，并与对照组进行比较。结果牛奶、生理盐水与阳性对照组比较，牙周膜细胞活性差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。阳性对照组、牛奶、生理盐水与阴性对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论生理盐水、牛奶可作为脱位牙有效的保存介质，时间最长可达2h。
