社会因素对剖宫产率的影响研究

目的 探讨社会因素对剖宫产的影响，为降低剖宫产率提供依据。方法 回顾性分析剖宫产手术124例，对手术指征、孕妇产前检查次数及年龄、孕周期进行统计学分析。结果 社会因素性剖宫产占整个别宫产手术数的33．9％。社会因素性剖宫产与非社会因素性剖宫产的孕妇在产前检查次数上有明显差异，在年龄、孕周期上无明显差异。结论 必须采取有效的干预措施，采用一切可利用的途径来降低剖宫产率；同时应重视产前检查。

Social Factors and Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the influence of social factors on cesarean section so as to provide authority for decreasing the rate of cesarean section.Methods 124 cases of cesarean section were retrospectively studied and statistically analyzed in terms of indication, the number of prenatal examinations, and age and gestational weeks at which cesarean section was performed.Results Social factors accounted for 33.9% of the cesarean sections. There was a significant difference in the number of prenatal examinations between the social factor cesarean sections and non social factor ones, though there were no significant differences in age and gestational weeks.Conclusion Necessary measures should be taken to lower the rate of cesarean section, and more attention should be paid to prenatal examination.
