不良情绪对慢性病患者认知结构的影响研究

目的：探讨不良情绪对慢性病患者认知结构的影响，为临床心理干预提供依据。方法：采用医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）和功能失调性态度问卷（DAS）对200例慢性病患者进行测评，筛查出情绪障碍者（研究组）和情绪正常者（对照组），比较两组DAS的差异，并分析两者间的关系。结果：慢性病情绪障碍者检出率为44．5％。研究组DAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。功能失调性态度与情绪障碍存在正相关性。结论：不良情绪对慢性病患者认知结构会产生不利影响，临床医护工作者应给予其心理干预，以便使患者保持良好的心理健康。

The influence of unhealthy emotions on cognitive structure in patients with chronic

Objective：To explore the influence of unhealthy emotions on cognitive structure in patients with chronic, in order to provide the ba- sis for clinical psychological intervention. Methods ：200 patients with chronic were researched by HADS and DAS, the emotion disorder patients （study group ） and the normal emotion patients （ control study） were screened, the difference of DAS between the two groups was compared, the relevance between HADS and DAS was analysed. Results：The detection rate of emotion disorder patients was 44.5%. The score of DAS in study group was lighter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was positive correlation between dysfunctional attitudes and emotion disorder. Conclusion ： Unhealthy emotions can pro- duce negative influence for cognitive structure of the patients with chronic, the clinical medical care w＇orkers are ought to give them psychological interven- tion, make them to keep better psychological health, promote rehabilitation.
