衰退期精神分裂症一级亲属的干预研究

目的：探讨社会心理干预衰退期精神分裂症一级亲属对患者个体的影响。方法：将473例人组患者随机分两组，对研究组237例患者的一级亲属进行综合社会心理干预28周，在干预前及干预后采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对亲属进行评定；采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）、阴性症状评定量表（SANS）对两组患者进行测评。结果：患者一级亲属实施干预后其SCL-90、SAS评分均显著下降（P〈0．01）；研究组患者阴性症状减少，丰十会功能改善，与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论：综合社会心理干预显著改善患者亲属的心理健康水平，也能积极影响患者的阴性症状、社会功能、服药依从性的持续改善。

The intervention study on first - degree relative of recession schizophrenia

Objective： To discuss the effect of first - degree relative of psychosocial intervention of recession schizophrenia on the individual pa- tients. Methods： 473 patients were randomly divided into study group（237 cases） and control group（236 cases）. The first - degree relative of study group were given the general psychosocial intervention for 28 weeks. Before and after the intervention ,the first - degree relative were assessed with SCL - 90 and SAS ; two groups of patients were assessed with SSPI and SANS. Results： The SCL - 90 and SAS scores of the first - degree relative of patients were dropped significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;in the study group, the patients＇ negative symptoms were reduced, social function were improved, there were significant differences than that in the control group. Conclusion ： General psychological intervention can effectively improve the level of mental health condition, and it also has a positive influence on the continuous improvements in the negative symptoms, social function and medication compliance of the patients.
