| 摘 要： | 目的比较齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效与副反应。方法将60例慢性精神分裂症住院患者随机分为两组，分别给予齐拉西酮和奋乃静治疗，疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效相当，PANSS评分两组差异无显著性（P〉0.05），齐拉西酮组不良反应少而轻。结论齐拉西酮治疗慢性精神分裂症安全有效，不良反应少。

A Control Study of Ziprasidone and Perphenazine in Treating Chronic Schizophrenia |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical curative effect and side-effect of ziprasidone and perphenazine in treating chronic schizophrenia.Methods 60 hospitalized cases with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into 2 groups,ziprasidone and perphenazine were applied to the 2 groups respectively,the treatment lasted for 8 weeks;the curative effect was assessed by PANSS and the side-effect was assessed by TESS.Results Ziprasidone and perphenazine shared the same curative effect in treating chronic schizophrenia,PANSS scores of the 2 groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05);there were less side-effect in ziprasidone group.Conclusion Ziprasidone is effective in treating chronic schizophrenia,and it is of less side-effect. |
