摘    要:目的分析生物、心理、社会因素与脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的关系,观察百忧解治疗效果。方法80例首次、单侧且发以内的PSD患者,随机分两组,分别接受百忧解或安慰剂治疗4周。结果PSD与病灶的侧别和大小无关,与智力呈负相关。病灶的前后有关。百忧解治疗组患者汉密顿抑郁评分及神经功能缺损评分有明显改善。结论生物、心理及社会因素对PSD响。百忧解治疗有效且可耐受,有利于神经功能缺损的康复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation amon g the location of stroke?and intelligence of the patients?attention from the close relatives and poststroke depr ession,and to study the efficacy and toleran ce of fluoxine in the treatment of early poststroke depression.Methods 80patients with single?unilateral stroke at 2weeks were ran domized to receive either 20mg /d flu oxetine or placebo for 4weeks.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale Score(HAMD)and Chinese stroke scale(CSS)were assessed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS10.0.Results The presence of poststroke depression was not related to the laterality o r size of the lesion.Poststroke depression was r elated to the location of the lesion.Fluoxetine treated patients demonstrated significant improvement in mean HAMD and CSS score.Conclusions poststroke depression was related t o some biological,psychological an d social factors,fluoxetine is an efficacious and well-tolerated tre atment for early poststroke depress ion and it can promote patients'neurological functional recovery.
