鼻泪管内植管与泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床分析

目的 :探讨鼻泪管内植管与泪囊鼻腔吻合术相比较 ,在适应证、手术方法及临床疗效等方面是否有推广价值和实用性。方法 :用不锈钢管自制鼻泪管钻通器 ,术中钻通阻塞的鼻泪管后 ,再用一次性输液皮条植入鼻泪管内以支撑管腔和引流泪液。同时对行泪囊鼻腔吻合术的病人进行疗效分析比较 ,并行统计学分析。结果 :植管组 5 8例 ,5 7例平均随访 2年 8个月 ,治愈率为 84.2 % ,失败率 15 .8% ;吻合组 48例 ,平均随访 2年 5个月 ,治愈率为 90 % ,失败率 10 %。统计学处理显示两种方法效果基本相同。结论 :根据病人个体需要 ,适当选择手术方法 ,均可获得满意效果。

Clinical Analysis of Nasolacrimal Duct Intubation and Dacryocystorhinostomy

Objective To compare the operation method and clinical effect of nasolacrimal duct intubation and the traditional dacryocystorhinostomy and assess the value of their application.Method Bore the blocked section with driller made of stainless steel and implant line to prop up the duct and drain the tears.Compared the effect to that of dacryocystorhinostomy.Results Nasolacrimal duct intubation was done for 58 cases,57 cases out of which were observed for 2 years and 8 months averagely,the cure rate was 84.2%.In dacryocystorhinostomy group,48 cases were observed for 2 years and 5 months averagely,the cure rate was 90%.There was no obvious difference between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The right operation should be chosen according to the state of illness.
