| 摘 要： | Background: Acute cerebral vascular secondary epilepsy isn't uncommon in clinic.It can happen at any time of epilepsy,even as first－ onset or main clinical manifestation.Main cause of stroke of senile patients is arteriosclerosis,which is main cause of old stage epilepsy. Objective:To analyze relativity of arterosclerotic cerebral infarction of senile patients and secondary epilepsy.
