| 内镜辅助甲状腺切除术的围术期护理 |

| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨内镜辅助甲状腺切除术(EAT)的围术期护理。[方法]对40例行EAT手术的单侧甲状腺结节病人,给予术前教育及心理护理,协助完善术前检查,术后24h护理主要包括备床旁气管切开包,观察手术切口、呼吸、发音、吞咽情况,观察疼痛和颈部活动情况。[结果]40例病人均痊愈出院,无护理并发症,未出现切口出血、窒息、喉返神经损伤等严重并发症,颈部疼痛轻微,不影响夜间睡眠。[结论]术前做好病人心理护理,术后严密观察病情及细致周到的护理可有效预防EAT术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing endoscope assisted thyroidectomy(EAT).Methods:A total of 40 patients with unilateral thyroid nodule were given preoperative education and psychological nursing care.They were assisted to complete preoperative check.And 24h postoperative nursing care including preparing of bedside incision of trachea pack,observing conditions of operative incision,respiration,pronunciation and swallow,and observing pain and cervical moving state.Results:All 40 patients had been discharged after healing.And nursing complications,severe postoperative complications such as incision hemorrhage caused asphyxia and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury didn't occur among them.Patients only had slight cervical pain and that didn't influence their night sleep.Conclusion:Better psychological nursing care before operation,observing pathogenetic condition closely after operation,subtle and judgmatical nursing care for patients can effectively prevent postoperative complications after undergoing EAT. |
