心脏疾病术后患者再次气管插管的原因分析及护理

目的探讨心脏疾病术后患者再次气管插管的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析2003年7月至2008年2月施行心脏术后再次气管插管的12例病例资料。结果7例存活，5例死亡，病死率为41．67％。术后并发急性左心室衰竭、低心排血量综合征、呼吸衰竭是再次气管插管的主要原因。结论再次气管插管及时与否是挽救患者生命的关键措施之一，对预后起决定性作用。通过对患者的正确评估、加强高危患者的监护、严格掌握拔管适应证，同时重视术后镇痛、提防突发事件的发生，可有效减少再插管现象，降低患者病死率，利于术后患者顺利康复。
