大白鼠颈上神经节小颗粒细胞的超微结构观察

摘    要:本文用透射电镜观察了大白鼠颈上神经节小颗粒细胞的突触联系,证实小颗粒细胞的传入突触主要为轴体突触,突触前成分含清亮囊泡;传出突触可能为与节前纤维末梢形成的体轴突触和与主神经元形成的轴树和轴体突触。其中体轴突触目前尚未见有人报道,它可提示小颗粒细胞向节前纤维发出反馈信息以完成某种调节机能。本研究结果进一步为小颗粒细胞在颈上神经节内起中间神经元职能提供了形态学依据。

Abstract:The synaptic connections of the small granular cell in the superior cervical ganglion of the rat were studied by transmission electron-microscope.The results identified that the afferent synapses of the small granular cell are mainly axo-somatic synapses,the presynaptic element of which contains small clear vesicles; the efferent synapses include (1) somato-axonic synapses formed probably with preganglionic terminals,(2) axo-dendritic and axo-somatic synapses formed probably with the principal ganglionic neurons.The somato-axonic synapse has not been reported in the literature so far and we suggest that the small granular cell might project feedback information to the preganglionic fibers and perform some regulative functions thereby.Present study offers further morphological basis for the hypothesis that the small granular cell serves as an interneurons in the superior cervical ganglion.
