老年肺癌患者肺部真菌感染的临床特点

目的探讨老年肺癌患者肺部真菌感染的病因、诊断、治疗及预防措施。方法对该科3年来36例老年肺癌患者肺部真菌感染的病因、临床表现、治疗及预防方法等作回顾性分析。结果老年肺癌患者肺部真菌感染与化疗和放疗，长期应用广谱抗生素、激素，基础病未控制如糖尿病、慢阻肺有关，应早期发现及时诊断、治疗。结论对老年患者深部真菌感染应注意早期预防、早期诊断、选择敏感的抗真菌的药物、加强免疫及支持治疗，才能取得满意疗效。

Clinical characteristios of lung fungus infection in old patients with lung cancer

[Objective] To discuss the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of lung fungus infection in old patients with lung cancer. [Methods] A retrospective analysis had made on etiology, clinical representation, treatment and prevention of lung fungus infection in 36 old patients with lung cancer, hospitalized in our department in recent 3 years. [Results] This kind of disease associated with chemotherapy, actinotheraphy, long-term receiving broad spectrum antibiotic or cortical steroid hormone, basic illness uncontrol such as diabetes and COPD. This disease should be earlier detected, timely diagnosed and treated. [ Conclusions ] In order to achieve satisfactory effects, attentions should be paid on earlier prevention and diagnosis, choosing high effective anti-fungusagents; and on intensive immunological and supporting treatments.
