| 摘 要： | 目的:动态观察视神经损伤后的病理学改变。方法:选取健康成年家猫20只,以自身左眼为对照,用自制损伤器撞击右眼视神经管,建立视神经损伤模型。在光镜与电镜下观察视神经损伤后1、3、7、14d的形态学改变。结果:光镜下视神经损伤主要表现为不同程度的神经纤维空泡样变性,电镜下视神经损伤主要表现为轴突内空泡样变性、髓鞘松解、微丝微管消失等。结论:家猫外伤性视神经损伤的动物模型与人类有很强的相似性,并有可操作性。视神经震荡伤后的病理变化以变性为主,早期施行减压手术可能挽救视力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To dynamically observe the pathological changes following optic nerve injury in cats. Meth-ods:Twenty healthy adult cats were randomly divided into 1-,3-,7-, and 14 - day injury groups.The left eye was selected as the experiment eye, and the right as the control. The optic canal was damaged by the injury instrument. The changes of optic nerve were observed using light and electron microscopes. Results: Under light microscope, the optic nerve fibers showed bulb- like degeneration ,and appeared obviously on the 14th day. Under electron microscopy, the axons showed bulb-like degeneration, myelin sheaths were loose, and microtubule and microfilament disappeared. Conclusion: As an animal model, cats are practical and benefcial for the study of clinical optic nerve injury. The pathological changes of optic nerve catching vibrated injury are main(?) degeneration, so earlier decompression of optic nerve may improve visual function. |
