孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察

目的]观察孟鲁司特钠对毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效。方法]选择80例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,两组均采用常规平喘、祛痰、抗感染、普米克加特布他林雾化吸入等综合性治疗,治疗组加用孟鲁司特钠4mg,每晚顿服,疗程3个月;观察并比较两组患儿主要症状和体征消失时间,并随访12个月,观其喘息再发作的情况。结果]治疗组的主要临床症状及体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P0.05),总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性(x2=6.05,P0.05)。在随访12个月期间,治疗组有2例出现再次喘息,而对照组有8例,其中2例出现喘息后加用孟鲁司特钠口服后未再复发。结论]毛细支气管炎加用孟鲁司特钠治疗后能明显改善症状和体征,缩短住院时间,降低感染引起的气道高反应性,降低喘息的发生率。

Clinical Observation on Montelukast Sodium Treating Bronchiolitis
