| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the reasons of TCM dispensing errors in TCM pharmacy in order to reduce the rate of dispensing errors. METHODS：The reasons for pharmacy dispensing errors in TCM pharmacy were analyzed to propose improvement measure. RESULTS：TCM dispensing quality management can effectively control and reduce the occurrence of pharmacy errors. CONCLUSIONS：TCM dispensing is important link of clinical work and the guarantee of clinical efficacy. |
