七年制硕士生中医妇科学临床教学的体会

中医妇科学是一门临床学科,七年制硕士生需要有较强的动手能力。所以,在临床教学中分两个阶段来提高此项能力。第一阶段的实习是全面训练临床能力的关键时期,早临床、多临床、反复临床是强化临床能力的重要措施。第二阶段的实习需要深化学生临床动手能力的培养、加强应急能力的培养及科研思维的培养,培养学生良好的学风与医风,严把临床考核质量关,增强研究生的竞争意识,以适应社会的需要。

Experience in clinical teaching of Chinese gynecology to 7-year program of Chinese medicine

Chinese gynecology falls into the category of clinical study. The 7-year program mainly aims at the training students' ability of clinical work. Thus this ability can be trained in two periods of clinical teaching. The first period is a key one for training comprehensive and complete ability in clinical work. Early practice, much practice and repeated practice are important measure. The second period stresses training students' ability to practice with hands, ability to handle emergency cases, and ability to think in scientific way. Good styles of study and medical morals are emphasized. Clinical check-up are strictly kept in control to deepen students' consciousness of competition to meet the requirements of the society.
