摘    要:目的观察积雪草提取物(TCA)对胃粘膜损伤的防治作用及其可能的机制。方法采用大鼠胃损伤模型,测定损伤指数、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、细胞因子、胃粘膜细胞存活率等。结果(1)TCA对乙醇胃粘膜损伤具有预防作用;(2)对乙酸胃溃疡具有治疗作用;(3)可以降低MPO、MDA、IL8的产生;(4)可以增加胃粘膜细胞的存活率。结论(1)TCA对胃粘膜损伤有防治作用;(2)TCA降低血管的通透性及减少MPO、MDA、IL8;(3)对胃粘膜细胞的直接保护作用可能是其作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the gastric mucosal protective effect of titracted extract of centella asiatica (TCA) and its possible mechanism in rats. Methods To adopt gastric damage models in rats; detect damage index; myloperoxidase (MPO); malonaldehyde (MDA); cytokines; gastric mucosal cell viability etc. Results (1)TCA could prevent gastric mucosal damage from ethanol; (2) TCA could exert therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid; (3) MPO, MDA, IL8 were all decreased and gastric mucosal cell viability increased. Conclusion (1)TCA has preventive and therapeutic effects on gastric mucosal injury; (2) TCA reduces vascular permeability MPO, MDA and IL8; (3)TCA has direct protective effect on gastric mucosal cell, one of its mechanism may be cytoprotection.
